  • Join us for the Howell PAL K–5th BattleBots & STEM Playground, students design, build and program LEGO robots for exciting challenges inside the Battle Arena and creative mission. Working in teams, engineers explore mechanics, sensors, coding, and strategy while testing and improving their creations through repeated rounds of design. Each will meet the level of the students experience. Classes may be repeated, allowing returning students to tackle advanced builds, programming and brand new challenges. Trophies will reflect Level reached.

  • This Lacrosse clinic is available for boys in Kindergarten through 8th grade. It will be held on the Howell High School turf field and will be run by the high school staff and varsity players. Players do need a stick and cleats, the rest of the equipment is preferred but not required. Proceeds will go towards the High School Program.

  • Come out and join us for some fun on our turf soccer field! This program is an instructional program that utilizes fun activities to introduce basic soccer skills without the pressures of the competitive nature of the game. Activities are designed to teach skills like dribbling, shooting and becoming familiar with the soccer field.

  • This program is focused on getting game ready. It will include some activities to enhance specific dribbling and shooting skills, but will have a heavy emphasis on tournament play. Fine tune your skills in daily tournaments of 3v3 or 4v4 and possibly 5v5.

  • Players will have the opportunity to showcase abilities both individually and in a group setting, putting in the work prior to tryout season. We will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, conditioning and base running.

  • Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) – Two-Day Course $165

    Saturday March, 21, 2026 (9:00am-2:00pm) and Saturday, March 28, 2026 (9:00am-2:00pm)

    Reiki Level 1 is a gentle and supportive two-day introduction to Reiki, designed especially for those with no prior knowledge or experience. Reiki is a simple, natural energy practice that involves placing the hands lightly on or near the body to support relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. It can be used for self-care, to support others, and even with plants and animals.

    During this course, participants learn what Reiki is, where it comes from, and how it can be used safely and respectfully in everyday life. Reiki Level 1 focuses primarily on self-healing and personal wellbeing, while also teaching the basics of offering Reiki to friends, family, plants, and animals. The course is experiential, practical, and nurturing, allowing students to build confidence through guided practice.

  • Players will have the opportunity to showcase abilities both individually and in a group setting. We will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, conditioning and base running. This program is open to NON SCHOOL PLAYERS at Middle School South.

  • Tee-ball is a fun, non-competitive introduction to baseball/softball for young boys and girls (ages 4-6/7) focusing on basic skills like hitting off a stationary tee, running bases, and fielding, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun over scores. Players use softer balls and lighter bats, everyone bats and plays the field, and the goal is learning fundamentals like hitting, catching, and basic rules in a simple, supportive environment. Players should wear sneakers, no cleats since they will be on the turf field. They will need a glove and bat. They can also bring water in case they work up a sweat!

  • This program is designed to be a self-improvement program. The objective is to improve your own personal times each week they are recorded, while building stamina and strength, through the various activities covered during the course of the program.

  • Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. Join Howell PAL in their Women's Self Defense class. This year we are offering both a Beginner and an Advanced. 

    Class is being taught by certified instructor Fred Bauer

    Fred Bauer, Director of the Gung Ho Chuan Association (GHCA) and 2nd Regent of the American Society of Arwrologists, holds a 5th degree black belt and is a Self-Protection expert.
