Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a relaxing workout that is made for the beginner and/or those with special health needs or weight restraints.  There are two separate classes that are run for gentle yoga, Monday and Wednesday evenings. Each session is 5 weeks long. Program runs all year round on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
