Community Service Projects

Community Service is a part of the Youth Leadership Council.  To participate in the community service part of the YLC program you must be a member.

Our community service programs consist of a number of different activities.  They range from feeding the homeless, helping shovel following snow storms, cleaning up the Aldrich Rd. park and ride, to assisting people during Hurricane Sandy and Katrina.

Community service teaches the young volunteers to be leaders by serving.

The hours registered with the YLC doing community service will satisfy many of the requirements for community service on their college application.
